2002-2009

At Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. (MUJI), I made an original proposal and established the Planning and Product Design Office. I organized the jobs for the “In-house Designers”, - from research to product planning and designing, - as a sequence of work which enabled the fast development of products that measure up to the needs of the retailing industry. I myself directed, planned and designed over 1,000 products a year. Also, while in the London office, I developed and designed products made specially for the European market.
